Mari Fitzduff was the founding director of the Community Relations Council in Belfast in 1986, where she pioneered initiatives to foster dialogue and cooperation for 20 years. Her leadership was pivotal in laying the groundwork for the historic Good Friday Agreement, which brought an end to decades of violence in Northern Ireland.
