Ittay Flescher
Ittay Flescher is the Education Director at Kids4Peace Jerusalem. Born in Israel, Ittay moved to Australia as a child and worked there as a high school teacher specializing in formal and informal Jewish Education for the past 15 years. Ittay is married with two children aged 9 and 11.
Suma Qawasmi
Suma Qawasmi is a Muslim Palestinian with a Jordanian nationality and an Israeli ID and was born in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, Jerusalem. Suma is a senior program manager at Kids4Peace. She has a BA in English Literature, double minors in business and translation from Birzeit University and a diploma in education.

Liel Maghen
Liel Maghen is the co-director of IPCRI, a shared organization of Israelis and Palestinians focused on forming professional partnerships and impacting policy. Working both in top-down and bottom-up initiatives, his experience includes working with the Israeli Knesset, the United States Congress and the EU.
Sally Abed
Sally Abed is a Palestinian socialist activist, and a member of the national leadership of Standing Together, the largest Jewish-Arab grassroots movement in Israel. Sally is also ST’s Resource Development and Relations Coordinator.
Robi Damelin
Robi Damelin is the Israeli spokesperson and member of the Parents Circle – Families Forum (PCFF), a group of 600 Israeli and Palestinian families who have lost close family members to the conflict and who work together for reconciliation and a just resolution to the conflict.
Yair Smolianov
Yair is a co-founder of "Shrinking the Conflict Initiative" and head of its marketing and community teams. He is currently pursuing a BA in Political Science and Communications from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a commanding officer (Res.) in the Israeli Combat Engineering Corps.

Milad Vosugeuritchian is the chairman of Vision Association for Culture and Arts in Al Eizariya, Palestine, and co-founder of its House of Hope Vision School. Milad is an an educator, community organizer, and NGO director with proven expertise in nurturing changemakers.
Yehuda Stolov
Dr. Yehuda Stolov is the executive director of the Interfaith Encounter Association, an organization that works since 2001 to build peaceful inter-communal relations in the Holy Land by fostering mutual respect and trust between people and communities through active interfaith dialogue.
Dr. Debbie Watters
Professor Deborah Watters has been involved in the area of justice work, peace building, reconciliation, youth work and restorative practice for the past 35 years and is a founding member of the first community based restorative justice programme in Northern Ireland of which she is currently the Co-Director.
Yuval Berson
Yuval Berson is the Program Manager at the Tel-Aviv office of EcoPeace Middle East. Yuval joined EcoPeace from the Hi-Tech industry, where he served in marketing and business development roles for many years. Prior to EcoPeace, Yuval co-founded and served as CEO of a startup in the solar field.
John Lyndon
John Lyndon is the Executive Director of the Alliance for Middle East Peace, the largest and fastest-growing network of peacebuilding organisations in the region, and the lead organization behind the securing of the $250m Nita M. Lowey Middle East Partnership for Peace Act of 2020, and the wider international Fund project it sits within.
Noy Mordekovitch
Noy Mordekovitch is the executive director of 0202 – Points of View from Jerusalem: an organization aiming to elevate the discourse between the different communities in Jerusalem. Prior to joining 0202, he was part of a four-member team responsible for managing “The Five-Year Plan for East Jerusalem” on behalf of the Ministry of Education.
Rivka Cohen
Rivka Cohen is the Director of Partnerships & Strategic Development at Lissan, a nonprofit promoting language justice in East and West Jerusalem. Lissan is the Arabic word for “language” or “tongue,” similar to the Hebrew word lashon.
Adnan Jaber
Adnan Jaber, a social entrepreneur from Jerusalem, is an alumni and board member of Tech2Peace, an NGO that brings together Palestinians and Israelis through technology training and dialogue. Although he grew up within minutes of Jewish Israelis living in Jerusalem, Adnan made his first Jewish friends at Tech2Peace.
Tomer Cohen
Tomer Cohen is the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of Tech2Peace, an NGO that brings together Palestinians and Israelis through technology training and dialogue. Founded in 2017 by two Israeli Jews and a Palestinian from East Jerusalem, Tech2Peace was awarded the Israeli President's "Israel Hope" award.
Noor Awad
Noor is licensed tour guide certified by the Palestinian Ministry of Tourism. At Roots, he organizes joint Palestinian-Israeli activities and speaks to visiting groups about his personal experiences living through the conflict as a Palestinian who has seen much tragedy, and in such conditions is motivated to work toward a political solution.

Micah Hendler (Forbes 30 Under 30 for Music) is a musical changemaker working to harness the power in each of our voices to make a difference. Micah is the Founder and Artistic Director of The Jerusalem Youth Chorus, an Israeli-Palestinian music and dialogue project.

She shares her story of how a meetup at an Israeli-Palestinian breast cancer support group developed into a remarkable sisterhood with Ibtisam Erekat, a Palestinian Muslim mom who lives on the other side of the Separation Barrier.
