You're doing critical peacebuilding work in a challenging and volatile context. There's never been a better time to invest in yourself as a leader.

That's where the ATLI Executive Leadership Program comes in. This year-long professional development program is designed for Israeli and Palestinian NGO executives who want to strengthen their leadership and expand their organizations' impact.

Through skills-building workshops, peer learning, and personalized professional development plans, you'll build the tools and confidence to lead more effectively.

Topics include storytelling, public speaking, negotiation strategies, impact measurement, and adaptive leadership during times of crisis.

You'll join a cohort of experienced peacebuilding leaders and build a supportive network that extends well beyond the program year.

By the end of the program, you'll have practical strategies to strengthen your organization, a trusted peer network, enhanced advocacy and messaging capabilities, and the leadership skills to sustain and scale your work over the long term.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Executive Program brings together a select cohort of senior Israeli and Palestinian leaders for a year of structured learning, reflection, and shared growth.

What the program includes:

  • Group sessions twice a month on leadership, strategy, and organizational impact

  • One-on-one mentorship and executive coaching tailored to your specific goals and challenges

  • Peer-learning sessions with fellow Israeli and Palestinian peacebuilding leaders

  • Strategic networking with local donors, policymakers, and thought leaders shaping the field

  • International delegation where you'll travel overseas as a cohort to meet with decision-makers and donors, positioning yourselves and your work as credible forces for change while building relationships that amplify your influence

  • Immersive retreat centered on resilience and sustainable leadership

What you'll gain:

The program strengthens your ability to position yourself and your organization strategically within the peacebuilding field. You'll build the skills, confidence, and connections to bring your NGO to the table with policymakers and donors, influence public discourse, and make your voice heard where it matters most.

By investing in you, we're strengthening the entire peacebuilding ecosystem—ensuring that organizations are credible, coordinated, and positioned to shape the pathways toward a nonviolent reality.

OUR IMPACT SO FAR

WHAT OUR ALUMNI SAY

“After the war broke out, I felt helpless and struggled to build partnerships due to many social and political obstacles. The Amal-Tikva team provided both moral and professional support, helping me connect with other civil society organizations and secure essential professional and administrative resources for Takadom and our team. Their support made all the difference."

Wisam

CEO and co-founder of Takadom for Peace

We launched the pilot Executive Program in 2024 to answer the pressing needs of peacebuilding leaders going through one of the most challenging periods in recent history.

Following the program, executives reported renewed clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of community–proving the power of investing in senior leadership. Our 2026 program builds on that success while expanding in both depth and scope.

The revamped programming includes an enhanced focus on strategic planning, an international delegation, and other opportunities to directly engage with key decision-makers and donors– all designed to help you strengthen and amplify your organization’s reach and impact.
