Our incubators support peacebuilding leaders in developing and launching new initiatives. Through 4-6 months of strategic consulting, participants develop their strategic framework, theory of change, and innovative programs while increasing their fundability.

Fieldbuilding 2.0 offers specialized follow-up consulting for Fieldbuilding360 alumni to address specific organizational needs over 4-5 targeted sessions.

AMAL-TIKVA LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

The Amal-Tikva Leadership Institute (ATLI) offers three programs for Israeli and Palestinian peacebuilders at different stages in their careers: ATLI Gateway – for professionals entering the peacebuilding field; ATLI Emerging Leaders – for experienced professionals ready to step into leadership roles; and ATLI Executive Leadership Program – for current executive leaders.

An intensive professional development program for experienced Israeli and Palestinian peacebuilding professionals. The program helps up-and-coming leaders build essential skills and explore innovative approaches that sustain their work and accelerate their impact.

A new program that focuses on building a holistic support system for executive leadership. Participants develop their capacity to engage with broader audiences, increase funding, build strong teams, and lead with creativity and stamina.

Alumni Community

ATLI alumni stay connected long after the program ends, meeting regularly within their cohort and across the wider alumni network to share insights, support one another, and keep growing together. Every two years, we host the ATLI Alumni Retreat — a space for recharging, building resilience, and deepening collective learning.
