ATLI Alumni Community

Peacebuilding is challenging, isolating, and demanding work. At Amal-Tikva, we recognize that one of the most powerful sources of strength is a community of peers who understand each other and share their challenges, successes, and insights.
That's why we've developed the ATLI Alumni Community—connecting Israeli and Palestinian graduates of Amal-Tikva's leadership programs into a lasting network of professionals committed to advancing the peacebuilding field.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our ATLI Alumni Community strengthens resilience, prevents burnout, and creates opportunities for cross-community partnerships.
Alumni share insights, deepen relationships, and support one another as they lead social change within and across their communities.
Programming includes:
-
Peer learning and professional mentoring
-
Access to events and conferences, including Amal-Tikva ecosystem programs
-
Networking opportunities with decision-makers, funders, and other peacebuilding partners
-
Wellbeing and renewal retreats
Everything we offer is shaped by what our alumni tell us they need. We listen, recalibrate, and evolve our programming to ensure it's genuinely helpful.
OUR IMPACT SO FAR
Since launching ATLI in 2022, 52 alumni have graduated from our leadership programs.
These alumni are part of our growing ATLI Alumni Community, a shared ecosystem where they continue to develop partnerships, co-lead initiatives, and support one another through times of crisis and change.
Gatherings like our alumni retreats remind us that sustaining peacebuilders isn’t a luxury–it’s essential to building a better reality.
