The Amal-Tikva Leadership Institute (ATLI) is an intensive professional development program for Israeli and Palestinian peacebuilding professionals.

 

In this moment of extreme violence, uncertainty, and fear, our work has never been more challenging. ATLI provides a supportive environment to address the complexity of working in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict even as it touches our personal lives in the most difficult ways. This is why we are launching the program early this year with an additional two months of content.

ATLI always offers tools to deal with the complexity of the conflict through training sessions, local seminars, a study tour to Belfast to learn from the Northern-Irish conflict and overnight seminars. This year ATLI will begin with one-on-one support from the Amal-Tikva team ahead of the regularly scheduled curriculum.
